Experienced Framers

Experienced carpenters/framers wanted for custom home building/full stick frame/no panels.

Small local company looking to expand crew size. Immediate openings, on site interviews. I own and operate by example: I’m on site 95% of time, so no finger pointing on my sites as we work as team to enjoy the daily grind of the trade.

-Full time m-f approx 7-4

-Bi weekly payroll

-Blue Cross health ins after 60

-Paid holdays and Pto after 60

-overtime available regularly but not required

Must:

-Reliable transportation/valid dl or ride

-Be able to show up to work sober m-f regularly

-Good work ethic and mannered

-have good work wear/toolbags and hand tools

-lift 60# regularly

-not scared of heights or ladders

-work well in a team setting but also able to be assigned site list with self motivation/drive/willingness

-prefer 1 yr experience minimum but willing to train a motivated individual

Pay:

Based off “proven” experience

Cash bonuses offered regularly to aggressive workers

Minium experience:$20-$23

Wall builders/truss setter: $22-$26

Lead(can do most everything w/guidance) : $26-$32

Foreman(can run a crew with minimal guidance) : $35 +

Also interested in teaming up with additional small crews

Plenty of work, telehandler and crane on all sites.

Most of jobsites are within a 15 miles radius of Delano, Mn
