Location - Twin Cities Metro Area (remote/from home)

$15-20 Hourly Pay (based on experience)

Low volume work flow

Job Duties

Receive incoming phone calls

Schedule appointments

Use software to dispatch technicians according to skill and location

Handle first level customer complaints and other issues

Respond to emails

Use software to review and document technician notes, payment status, hours worked, and parts needed/used

Job Requirements

Great written and verbal communication skills

Ability to provide professional customer service

Organizational skills and attentive to detail

Competency with basic math and grammar

Must be a US Citizen and Pass a background check.
