Job Title: Transportation Dispatcher/Coordinator

Responsibilities include: Updating customer web portals. Assigning jobs to drivers. Taking Driver and Client Calls.

Routing, Mapping & Tracking and Advising. Receiving and Responding to Email alerts.

Entering alerts for delivery into dispatch software. Some weekends on Rotation.

Qualifications include:

At least 1 year of dispatching experience but willing to train. Have good communication skills.

Strong computer skills, data entry is part of the job.

Must have knowledge with load boards to find OTR freight.

Must be flexible and be able to work on a rotation & some weekends. 401 K after 90 Day’s with match.

Be a team player.
