Responsibilities of this position include working with a team to produce consistently high quality and delicious menu items. Will work with the Chef and other team members to develop a dynamic and well-received menu, including seasonal offerings and specials. Responsible for ensuring recipe specifications are clearly communicated and followed. Manage and monitor food costs. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Chef and other management to uphold the highest standards obtainable by providing delicious and consistent products at all times. The Sous Chef will also work closely with the front of the house team at each location to ensure guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
