NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Webcam Interview Job Description: The two Programmer Analyst 6 positions will work as contract resources for the State of Michigan -Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on two projects for the Department of Health and Human Services. The first project will be to act as a developer and analyst for a modernization rewrite of an existing web portal / document storage application. The resources will work in an agile environment to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements. The legacy application is written in ASP.NET C# 4.6 and will be updated to .NET 6 CORE using REST web services. The second project will be to act as a developer and analyst for a modernization rewrite of an existing alert notification application that will provide better mobile web access and security. The resources will work in an agile environment to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements. The legacy application is written in a Classic ASP and ASP.NET C# 4.6 and will be updated to .NET 6 CORE using REST web services. Skills Required:

• 5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements.
• 3+ years of experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working an Sprint Development team.
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository.
• 5+ years of experience working with GIT code repository software.
• 5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests.
• 5+ years of experience developing secure websites using industry best practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injection attacks and coding logging into software functionality).
• Familiarity with Oracle database preferred.
• Familiarity with Design patterns preferred.
