Maintenance (Service) Technician Apartment Community

The Benchmark Group is accepting applications for the position of Service/Maintenance Technician at our Sterling Heights apartment community. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or skilled trades, exceptional safety habits, familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems and various appliances (preferred). Good organizational skills required.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, complete tasks up to 2nd story of building exteriors and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location.

This is a FT position with on-call rotation.
