CRUNCH FITNESS HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
We’re currently looking for a Housekeeping supervisor who takes great pride in maintaining the industries highest cleanliness standard. We are a passionate fun organization with the best-in-class fitness operation in Michigan. The supervisory role is a key part of our company’s culture for cleanliness. Our Crunch GLI Housekeeping Supervisor will be a hard working professional who monitors the activities of our in-house cleaning personnel and our external cleaning company to ensure they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for our members. The supervisor will oversee 9 of our current locations, with the opportunity to grow as we expand to 30 locations in total.
Our Housekeeping Supervisor will lead our team of in house cleaners and ensure we meet minimum cleanliness standards. This professional will also manage our external cleaning company to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for our members. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that our members are satisfied with the level of cleanliness we provide.
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness and hygiene standards
Train cleaners on cleaning and maintenance tasks
Oversee cleaning staff on a daily basis
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
Respond to customer complaints and special requests
Participate in large deep cleaning projects as required
Develop and implement strategies to ensure cleanliness
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
