Grounds position in Trenton/$15 hr

FULL TIME groundskeeping/maintenance tech position for an apartment community in Trenton.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Groundskeeping… weed whipping, weeding, trim shrubs.

Pickup grounds daily.

Turning vacant units. Cleaning the unit, including walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, windows, blinds, etc.

Help clear snow from porches, sidewalks and parking lot.

Job Requirements:

Must have own transportation

Must have valid drivers license

Must have a good attitude and the ability to listen to and follow instructions.

Pay starting at $15.00/hour.
