S&S Asset Management, a premier property management company, is currently seeking a full time administrative assistant for our busy corporate office. Position is Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, occasional Saturdays are possible. Candidate must be self-motivated with strong time management and problem solving skills, have a great energy level, and be able to multi-task with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites are required along with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, strong communication skills and experience with multi-line phones are a must.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting visitors and providing assistance
Maintaining the office calendar of meetings and appointments
Scheduling showings for the available properties
Opening, scanning, and attaching incoming mail and faxes into the company database
Scanning, attaching, and entering invoices into the company database
Sorting, copying and filing documents
Light office cleaning
