Construction Survey Project Manager

Position Requirements:

Have a background in construction staking, topographic, boundary and ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys

Have strong technical background, professional demeanor, and a desire to learn

Have the capacity to manage multiple priorities

Have at least 5 years experience in all aspects of surveying

Have the ability to follow direction and work in a team environment as well as independently.

Experience with Land Desktop Development/Civil 3D.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing and coordinating projects with multiple team members

Perform survey computations, review field notes and cut sheets

Prepare proposals, establish budgets and schedules

Review contract documents and communicate with client
