RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Business Manager - Digital Transformation in Warren, MI. This client is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for new customer acquisition for software and digital transformation services in various focus domains. The role will be responsible for pipeline development, client relationship management & own the opportunity management cycle. This position involves regular travel of approximately 30-50% of time both domestic and international.Responsibilities. The Business Manager is responsible for sales & business development activities in the NA region Meet or exceed sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives Responsible for acquiring new customers and relationships Establish and manage relationships with client C-level executives, with an objective to drive sales initiatives and go-to-market plan to complement and support business around Product Engineering, Software Platforms, IoT solutions & IT Services Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets/customers, work with teams globally, and help build right set of services and business models Prospect and qualify opportunities for consulting services Support Regional Marketing plan - Communication, Event Participation Align actions to department and company vision, mission, strategy and objectives Build a strong internal network and align with key players to support the delivery of projects to customers and execute deals The Business Manager will work with support teams to manage operational issues such as fulfilment, partner relationships, legal, billing and other compliances related topicsREQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree in technical, life sciences or engineering field 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, partnership development, or related endeavor 5+ years of experience in sales and business development function in IT / IoT/engineering consulting servicesPreferred Qualifications: Exceptionally self-motivated and directed, with high energy to lead activities Confident and clear communicator - defend ideas with objectivity Possess strong interpersonal skills Extremely strong written, verbal skills (including proposal writing and presentation building) Experience with various onsite and offshore development models preferred Possess the ability to identify right contacts, create opportunities for Account mining Design thinking capabilities Ability to work with ambiguities of customer requirements and vision Experience of collaborating with internationally distributed teams (US, India & Mexico) Demonstrated leadership, organizational and sales strategy skills Desire to help establish a new business area with a pioneering and entrepreneurial mindset Professional and positive attitude, results oriented, ability to coordinate a global interdisciplinary development teamKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
