Technical Business Analyst- Investments and SQL

NO 3RD PARTY, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY1-2 days per week onsitePrimary Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders and development team to establish and document requirements for integrating legacy applications into the MSIM product suite.Document MSIM and Calvert business processes and translate business needs into technological requirements.Work with ESG Technology group to ensure data from external data scientist vendor is loaded and available.Establish FactSet data feeds and ensure data is available and accessible for Calvert business users.Assist with defining MSIM and Calverts technical requirements, and QA testing.Assist with project oversight by entering stories on the JIRA board and updating them as needed.Work with the development team to evaluate solutions and make objective recommendations for process improvements.Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technology team.Qualifications:Prior experience as a business analyst working in collaboration with software development.Affinity for technical writing and presentingability to formally document requirements, reach agreements with others, and explain detailed requirements to others as needed.Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in both formal and informal contexts in a fashion tailored for the audience.Practical understanding of relational database design and familiarity with SQL programming using T-SQL.Strong problem-solving skills.Able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance from manager.Highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation, and documentation techniques within a project.Strong client service skillsAbility to deliver under stress in a fast-paced environmentMethodical and attention to detailsStrong understanding of Investment Data and Investment Management industry Desired Skills:Knowledge of ESG business.Experience in analyzing and interpreting investment data.Strong data and process analysis skills
