Job DetailsObjectives of this RoleRun the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthBuild software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applicationsImprove reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutionsMeasure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improveProvide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applicationsDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault findingPartner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release proceduresParticipate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planningCreate sustainable systems and services through automation and upliftsBalance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectivesRequirements and QualificationsMust Speak MandarinBachelor's degree or above in computer and related majors, with more than 3 years of operation and maintenance related working experience.Proficient in at least one of python, Java and Golang.Proficient in Linux and shell programming.Experience in Kubernetes and related technologies (docker, helm, k8s API).Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, Gitlab and other monitoring and CI/CD tools.Cloud operation and maintenance experience in public cloud and IOT is preferredExperience in security is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
