Seeking F/T Jr Architect

We are a well established small firm specializing in building code and zoning consultation for architects/engineers, contractors/developers, and property owners/managers. We are seeking an individual with a BArch and the following skills/ qualifications

-

-Strong interest in understanding the urban design-build industry and the Building Codes, Zoning Ordinances and Local Laws that regulate it;

- Strong interest in understanding Regulatory Agency procedures for approving design and constructionprojects and agency regulations for maintaining building safety;

-1 to 2 years of professional work experience with solid references,

-AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendar);

-Ability to work remotely and/or in person in Peabody, from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday with emphasis on punctuality and professionalism;

Highly literate and fluent in English with great interpersonal communixation skills;

-Detail oriented, ambitious and well organized;
