Production Manager

Growing design/build residential remodeling company is looking for a production manager to join our team. Remodeling is our passion and we're in need of an individual who shares this passion. Our current team has produced raving reviews with our clients, which is currently producing an overwhelming amount of potential work. If you're looking for a change, and want to feel appreciated for your hard efforts, this is the company. Five day work week, typical day ends at 4:30pm. Paid vacation, health insurance, 401k, vehicle and gas card.

Job function and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- help improve on processes and systems to manage

- oversee production assistant

- manage carpenters in field

- manage trade professionals

- interact with clients

- forecast schedules

New candidate must have a working knowledge of residential construction, minimum of 5 years experience and proven track record managing carpenters. Must be computer literate, and have the ability to learn current, and new management software. Salary will be determined by experience, and construction supervisors license will be a plus. We are not looking for aggressive task masters. The ability to work with people in all aspects of construction is a must, and the ability to manage field situations is the key to success.
