Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Address and resolve daily manufacturing issues.
• Identify plant-wide inefficiencies and propose/implement corrective action.
• Assist in molding related work instructions.
• Assist in creating and modifying processes for existing tools.
• Audit molding related corrective action activities for accuracy completeness.
• Facilitate small to medium size engineering projects with full project scope including:
• Define requirements, test & compile data, research alternatives and analyze results, perform cost analysis, and make recommendations, implement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree of Science
• 3-year degree in a related field (Injection Molding, Extrusion, Plastics).
• Healthcare industry experience
• Preferred certificates in: Scientific Molding, RJG, and/or Paulson.
• Industrial experience preferred with injection molding machines of 5+ years' experience.
• 5+ years of Injection Molding experience and ability to practice scientific molding methods.
• Troubleshooting skills for Injection Molding Machines, RJG, Paulson, ability to read and interpret part drawings and blueprints/schematics, molding sequences, sequential core pulls.
• Experience with:
