Job DetailsResponsibilities: Mechanical engineering from conceptual design through construction administrationParticipate in mechanical design for projects such as Commercial, Academic, Hospitals, and LaboratoriesCoordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedulePresenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiencesParticipating in local Professional AssociationsUnderstanding trends and standard methodologies in the markets in which we workWriting reports for internal and external purposes based on findings Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering4 or more years of professional experience designing and/or construction oversite of building HVAC systems, including airside and hydronic system componentsExperience with 3D BIM such as Revit MEPEngineering analysis and energy modeling experience including whole building energy analysis, faade thermal analysis, and airflow modelingExperience with load analysis software for calculationsThe ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work, and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working Preferred QualificationsLEED Accreditation or WELL CertificationEIT/FE desiredInterested in hearing more?
