RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team. Summary:The Marketing Analytics Manager is a member of the Central Marketing organization within the Health Learning Research and Practice (HLRP) division. This individual will work across marketing, sales, product and publishing to help us set KPIs, manage data capture implementation, lead the production of dashboards, do deep dives to create actionable insights and hypotheses, and help us use the data to target the right customers and prospects with the right messages across our ecosystem. The Marketing Analytics Manager manages two junior analysts, one implementation specialist, and multiple vendors, along with managing relationships with stakeholders up, down and across the organization.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Math, Science, or relevant experience 5-7 years of work experience in marketing analytics Expertise in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Required with proof of certification Knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Demandbase, Salesforce, Marketo, Social Media Platforms, Paid Search Platforms, SQL, Tableau and Domo, or something similar to any of the above are a plus Ability to learn these platforms independently is required Excellent communication skills required - you must be able to help laypeople understand what data means, why it is important, and what to do with it to make it actionable Excellent critical thinking skills required - you must be able to anticipate what questions your stakeholders will have, and have an answer ready Creativity is required - you must be able to set a vision for our marketing analytics function and for how data can be used in the broader organization; You must also be able to come up with creative solutions to day to day problems Grit is required - Take your creative ideas and be passionate and persistent in order to bring them to life People management required - you must be able to coach and mentor junior employees so they are motivated and provide value to you and the broader organization Project management required - you must be able to set deadlines, manage risk, communicate to stakeholders, and help your team solve problems/remove blockersKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
