Empire 1 Home Improvements Inc. is seeking an energetic and outgoing Door to Door Canvasser to join our Marketing team. This is the opportunity you have been looking for to begin your career in a growing industry while earning an average between $20 and $35 per hour! Join our team to learn how to improve your event marketing skills and have fun while doing it.

Compensation and Benefits (eligible when you work 30 or more hours per week)

Monday - Friday scheduling

Saturdays available for motivated individuals

Opportunities for growth are endless

Earn an average of $30-$45 per hour (includes commissions and bonuses)

Earn up to $200 per lead created

Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads of Massachusetts residents interested in Exterior Home improvements and Interior Remodeling

Appointment/ Lead generation by canvassing assigned door to door territories with your team

Schedule Homeowners for their Free Home Inspection and/ Free Estimate

Build excitement about the Empire 1 Home Improvements Services and process to prospective clients

Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge

Represent Empire 1 Home Improvements Inc’s, Core Values and make a Positive first impression for the company

Meet and exceed our lead generation goals

Requirements

Outstanding communication and people skills

English is required, Spanish is prefered

Interest in energy efficiency and the environment

Ability to walk outside for 5-6 hour shifts in all weather

Ability to drive to location and back to office

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and some evenings and weekends
