The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate return to office scheduling with admins / employees
- Prepare workstations / work environment for employees returning to work
- Assist with hardware set up services (no repairs), can include some sanitization
- Assist with setup of computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations at the desks / office
- Assist with connecting to the client network (internal and wireless)
- Perform post-setup testing to ensure proper functionality
- Expedite support for related requests & issues
- Provide deskside support for all end user computing
- Assist with plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
- Reimage devices as needed
