We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Deskside Support Technician to join our client for an on-site position.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate return to office scheduling with admins / employees
- Prepare workstations / work environment for employees to return to work
- Hardware set up, this can include some sanitization and only includes hardware set up not repairs
- Setup computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations at their desk / office
- Connect the computer to the Waters network (internal and wireless)
- Perform post-setup testing to ensure proper functionality
- Expedite support for related requests & issues
- Deskside support for all end user computing
- Plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
- Reimage devices as needed
- Provide a courtesy follow-up call
- Resource should have good customer support skills
