Workday Project Lead - Performance/Talent Management

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Workday Project Lead in Baltimore, MD. The particulars of the opportunity are below:Description:Workday Project Lead - Talent Management responsibilities may include but not limited to: Lead Workday Projects through strategic planning, internal and external resources coordination and stakeholder management Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, methods and standards across the project Lead meetings and set expectations for internal and external project teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget Escalate project risks to leadership and implement plans to mitigate or remove risks Measure project performance and provide visibility to leadership Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university 5 years of related experience including responsibilities in project and program management Managing projects in diverse subject areas with the ability to quickly climb the learning curve in new subject areasSkills Requirements: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with systems and program users in in workday.
