RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client in Fulton, MD is seeking a Technical Lead in a fully remote setting.Summary:The Technical Lead will analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs. The primary responsibilities will be to design a REST API call that will set up the transactions line items, amounts and allow customer information to be carried over to the NIC Common Checkout pages. The REST API call will also set the return URLs to the Agency's application. The response from the call will include a redirect URL that the calling application will use to redirect the end-user to NIC's Common Checkout Payment pages. The API call should retrieve all the payment details of the transaction. The Wallet REST API should consume a hash key. Authorization and signature headers are passed with each Wallet API call as well. The Technical Lead will assist in development of product user manuals.Duties: Modifies, designs, codes, vendor-supplied utilities, and packages Diagnoses, isolates, and debugs software problems and perform problem resolution Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications Configuring, customizing, and deploying new solutionsREQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in systems administration and programming Know the installation, configuration, platform operations, and troubleshooting of API products Experience in API design, BaaS, Advanced Proxies, Analytics, Developer Portal, and creating RESTful API patterns Possesses a strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languages Extensive development experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and other API technologies API design skills, the ability to create interconnected tools, applications, and microservers across multiple platforms for increased interaction and connectivityKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
