Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) is searching for a Training Specialist to support the Army s Identity Intelligence mission in either Aberdeen, MD, or Charlottesville, VA. This effort will support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the Identity Intelligence Warfare Directorate (I2WD) in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security Clearance BS degree in Engineering or Computer Scienceo Or any Bachelor s Degree with 9 or more years of experience; Or Twenty years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors degree TS // SCIRequired Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience with: o Demonstrating the developing tools, testbed, framework and software systems, to provide operational training and to interact with the users to gain understanding of their needs from obtaining the survey and feedbacks for the ongoing software development o Supporting major exercises, experimentation, capability demonstrations to key users and decision makers for providing operational support requirements in areas of wartime and hazardous natures o Performing the utility assessments for evaluating products and surveying the existing tools, applications and emerging technologies to propose candidates for the designated demonstration for selection consideration by Government o Interacting with potential users to analyze and resolve problems, to develop and specify requirements for the modification and enhancement of the existing software system Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areas Experience with various phases of software engineering to include requirements analysis, development, testing and integration, maintenance and problem diagnosis/resolution and/or experience in phases of applications systems analysis to include evaluation and design, integration and optimization of complex systems.Desired Qualifications DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure AWS Professional or Associate level certifications Experience with ICITE or DCGS-A Cloud concepts and architectures Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies Experience conducting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) analysis to include: software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, and identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, security analysis, and software reliability analysis. Experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining software development solutions in secure processing environments which must adhere to U.S. Government Information Assurance and Security standards such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Familiarity with the concept, implementation, and operations associated with DevOps in a hybrid IT organizationSalary and Benefits include but not limited to:
