Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) is searching for a Technical Writer to support the Army's Identity Intelligence mission in either Aberdeen, MD, or Charlottesville, VA. This effort will support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the Identity Intelligence Warfare Directorate (I2WD) in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security ClearanceBS degree in Engineering or Computer Scienceo Or any Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of experienceTS // SCIRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience with:o Writing, editing and managing technical documentation and operator/maintenance manuals for military systems and equipmento Preparing instruction manuals, how-to guides, technical papers, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information and make software products and instructions easier to useo Developing technical information and engineering drawings for writing and editing technical documents and white papers in response to published papers, software system, solution problems, and requirementso Researching highly technical subject matter, organizing information from multiple sources and expressing technical information in written form in comprehensible manner to a wide audience of readerso Drafting, and refining technical concepts and solutions into an easy to read, comprehensive, compliant and compelling documentsDesired QualificationsFamiliarity with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft AzureFamiliarity with ICITE or DCGS-A Cloud concepts and architecturesFamiliarity with Agile software development project methodologies terminologyCOVID-19 continues to significantly impact our communities, families and employees.
