Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) is searching for a Senior Test Engineer to support the Army's Identity Intelligence mission in either Aberdeen, MD, or Charlottesville, VA. This effort will support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the C5ISR Center's Engineering and Systems Integration Directorate (Client) in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security Clearance

  • BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science
    • Or any Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of experience
  • TS // SCI
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with:
    • Creating and implementing testing methods, utilizing programming languages to create testing scripts, and documenting software testing procedures
    • Translating requirements and acceptance criteria into test cases and automated test scripts using automated tools
    • Performing analysis of failed tests and maintaining and updating tests based on continuous feedback
    • Designing, implementing and executing test case based on the requirements
    • Developing and implementing test plans, and requirements for systems of new and existing designs; and building testing tooling, fixtures, scripts, and automation based on provided specifications
    • Building automated unit/functional/system-testing of software components, platforms, applications and applying this technology to system test
  • Solid programming and technical skills and familiarity with software development methodologies and testing techniques
Desired Qualifications
  • DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
  • Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
  • AWS Professional or Associate level certifications
  • Experience with ICITE or DCGS-A Cloud concepts and architectures
  • Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies
  • Experience conducting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) analysis to include: software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, and identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, security analysis, and software reliability analysis.
  • Experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining software development solutions in secure processing environments which must adhere to U.S. Government Information Assurance and Security standards such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • Familiarity with the concept, implementation, and operations associated with DevOps in a hybrid IT organization
