Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Senior Systems Engineer The Senior Systems Engineer will support the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The scope of this effort is to support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the I2WD in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies. Required Education, Certifications and Security Clearance
- BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- TS // SCI
- At least 10 years of experience in the following capability areas:
- Conducting Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBAs) and Capabilities Needs Analyses (CNAs); exercises/warfighting lessons learned; Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs), Joint Urgent Operational Needs/Joint Emergent Operational Needs (JUONs/JEON), and other experiments
- Conducting research and analysis of current and emerging concepts and technologies to define roadmaps for Demonstration including Integration Demonstrations (IDs), Operational Feasibility Demonstrations, Limited Objective Tests, and Military / Interagency Exercises / Field Tests, experimentation and Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Verification Validation and Accreditation (VVA)
- Conducting exercises and demonstrations to potential customers to illustrate the emerging operational capabilities in support of the Army military intelligence mission
- Supporting Government in conducting market research, technical demonstrations, experimentations, and user assessments to rapidly prepare capability requirements documents
- Managing and supporting cloud storage and virtualization platforms
- Experience performing analysis and decomposition of high level user requirements into functional system, software and hardware requirements
- Familiarity and experience in the complete life-cycle of the software in military systems
- Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with ICITE Cloud concepts and architectures
- Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies
- The hours for this role are Full-time, Regular - Start and End times are dependent on customer requirements
