Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead

Required skill sets:
  • Experienced Core Payroll Consultant
  • Very good consulting skills & configuration skillset
  • The customer is looking at cloud

    Payroll consultants with a PeopleSoft background

Role description (5 bullets or a paragraph noting his role on the project):
  • Apply industry knowledge, and Product domain expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud for the Customer
  • Analyze requirements, apply Best practice modelling, and provide solutions to ensure the implementation is successful
  • Ensure solution design meets the Customer implementation needs
  • Apply product knowledge in developing, and managing the system configurations through the life of this project
  • Collaborate with Customer and other resources on the project to ensure, staff is trained, and ready for system acceptance
