Our Maine-based client is seeking to add a
Technical Support Administrator to their growing team. This Direct Hire role is a hybrid work schedule. Specifically, this role will concentrate on Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions, software deployment and patching/maintenance solutions.Key Responsibilities:- RMM Administration - Act as the Subject Matter Expert for RMM solutions, including Microsoft SCCM and ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Patching - Perform software patching on network operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages. Recommend, schedule, and perform network hardware/software patching and firmware updates.
- Systems and End-User Support - Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment, applications, and data; facilitate exchange of Information and advice; implement solutions or notify outsource providers as required.
