SUMMARY: The Sales Support Associate position is responsible for supporting the inside sales team and being the direct contact for customers and dealers to ensure all customer and dealer needs are met including processing sales, ordering, returns/warranty, and shipping parts to customers and dealers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer and dealer phone calls and emails regarding questions about the product, placing orders, invoices, issues with orders, returns, and other inquiries Process all Magnum website orders daily and put on order schedule Write up dealer quotes and orders daily and work with Order entry to process DuraMag orders Invoice shipped dealer orders and transmit invoice to dealer for Magnum orders Process dealer and customer returns and create UPS return shipping labels Work with warranty and parts to work through customer warranty issues Generate and print box content labels for all orders Support sales team as needed. Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: HS Diploma or GED Required (Associate degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred) Professional phone skills with knowledge of sales, parts, and service business Excellent attendance Commitment to providing excellent customer support Strong and consistent attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities Creative and innovative team player Intermediate computer skills are required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Capable of comprehensive listening (understanding the message(s) that is being communicated) Proven knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) of company's products and components (mechanical and electrical) Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule as needed to accomplish objectives
