RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a SAFe Scrum Master in Louisville, Kentucky (KY).Summary:The SAFe Scrum Master coordinates an agile development team, ensuring all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. This Scrum Master will work with teams to iteratively and incrementally deliver value. Also, will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Responsibilities include: Holds teams accountable for delivery, continuous improvement, and staying true to values Make work visible and removes impediments encountered by the team, ensuring the team is as productive as possible SAFe Scrum Master will facilitate and owns team ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective Supports PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect, and Adapt sessions Facilitates coordination with external dependent teams SAFe Scrum Master coaches the team on Agile mindset and fundamentals Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to contribute to the improvement of Agile practices within the organization, including through Communities of PracticeREQUIREMENTS: Agile and Scrum Master certification 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 2+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects Experience with Agile Tracking tools (agile lifecycle management tools); Preference for Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies Experience in working in multi-team environment Working knowledge of cyber security concepts and tools including Privileged Access Management (PAM) Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodology and SAFe framework Experience coaching and mentoring others Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior experience in the health solutions industry Working experience with IT teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
