RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Louisville, KY.Overview:The IT Project Manager oversees infrastructure automation projects of a highly complex nature. The IT Project Manager needs to demonstrate high technical IQ. Work assignments are straightforward and moderately complexity. The IT Project Manager assembles the project team, develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project, actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. You should be familiar with the technical scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. The candidate oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects and sets strategies and program execution to deliver longer term business value. This person must possess specialized knowledge of Infrastructure and/or Automation and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. The Project Manager understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards. The candidate also makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction.More specifically, managing an Infra HA Testing Orchestration project focused on the following:Analysis: Requirements Gathering and Validation Current State vs End State Requirement/Assessment Technical Analysis of Systems, interfaces, and related items Dependencies Mapping Risk Assessment and Stakeholder Analysis Technical Requirements Document Review of Environment ResourcesDesign & Planning: Conceptual Solution Technical Architecture Design Technical Specification Documents Product Managers create Task List and WBS for remaining stages and coordinate with Company IT on resource engagement and schedulingREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in preferably Information Technology or a related field At least 10 years of technical experience and/or managing technical projects Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications: Master's degree Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification Experience in the health solutions industryKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
