ITSS-SAFe Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an ITSS-SAFe Scrum Master in Louisville, KY.Summary:The SAFe Scrum Master coordinates an agile development team, ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. The candidate will work with teams to iteratively and incrementally deliver value. The SAFe Scrum Master will be involved moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Duties Include: Holds teams accountable for delivery, continuous improvement, and staying true to values Make work visible and removes impediments encountered by the team, ensuring the team is as productive as possible Facilitate and owns team ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective Supports PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt sessions As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate coordination with external dependent teams Coaches the team on Agile mindset and fundamentals Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to contribute to the improvement of Agile practices within the organization, including through Communities of PracticeREQUIREMENTS: Agile and Scrum Master Certification 4+ years as a Scrum Master 4+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects Experience coaching and mentoring others Experience with Agile Tracking tools (agile lifecycle management tools); preference for Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies Experience in working in multi-team environmentPreferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of cyber security concepts, identity access management and tools including SailPoint Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology and SAFe framework Working experience with IT teams Excellent communication and presentation skillsAdditional Information: Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
