RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Help Desk Support Technician in Louisville, Kentucky (KY).Responsibilities include: Help Desk Support Technician performs identity and access management tasks related to end user access, such as access additions, modifications, deletions, and disables from various systems Work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity Help Desk Support Technician identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity Validates roles and entitlements within the IT systems Identifies role entitlement inconsistencies and provides resolution Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction Help Desk Support Technician's work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures, regulations, and/or professional standards with some interpretationREQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2+ years of help desk support experience Experience integrating Security Policies, virtual access and controls Skilled at performing identity and access management tasks related to end user access, such as access additions, modifications, and/or deletions Strong ability to assess urgency and prioritization and make good decisions based upon situational circumstances Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others Analytical and problem-solving skills Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences ServiceNow experience Audit Compliance experience Works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards Understanding of IT systems and functions with preferred previous work experience in the IT fieldKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
