- Managing and implementing projects with Windows System Administrator and Active Directory
- Implementing projects requiring VMware experience, including vSphere and administration of VMware clusters
- Experience with enterprise-level virtualization, designing, implementing and maintaining VMware ESXi servers and clusters
- Previous experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Experience troubleshooting system level problems including server failure and OS tuning
- Strong knowledge of storage solutions and how to integrate them on the clusters (SAN/NAS)
- Knowledge of networking integration into VMware ESXi and hands-on troubleshooting common problems
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012 and newer, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Microsoft PowerShell scripting
- Experience with VMware DEM
