What this position entails IntelliScript s Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. Working on a team of Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Business Analysts, you will contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the systems that drive value for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with different portions of our systems and business, including UI/UX, back-end automation, and embedded business process improvement projects.

What you ll be doing
  • Design, develop, maintain and improve software and other technical solutions that solve business challenges
  • Focus on overall product quality
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Responsibly self-manage workload given project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Follow established company standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews

  • Experience with full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience (related education & certifications a plus)
  • Strong experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • Continued education and/or advanced degree(s)
  • Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
  • Experience in software-as-a-service, actuarial science and/or insurance underwriting industry
  • Understanding of Agile practices (e.g. Scrum)
  • Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
