We are unable to sponsor visa at this time" Position: SuccessFactors ONB ConsultantLocation: Remote/Springfield, ILDuration: 3+ MonthsRole description:
- Bachelor's Degree; 10+ years of consulting or industry experience with SF Employee Central (EC) and ONB. Willingness and ability to undergo certification/training on SAP SF modules including ONB;
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written;
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives;
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience;
- Up to 80% travel required based on business need;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel;
- Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology;
- Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops;
- Additional experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is preferred.
