- Set up Data Models and Standard Foundation Objects with propagation
- Configure Custom Foundation Objects and Association with Standard objects
- Create Standard event transactions with workflow support
- Create Standard and Ad-hoc Reports including Demographic, Pay History and Headcount Reporting.
- Assist migration of current user records from source system to EC.
- Experience exporting data via Adhoc reporting.
- Standard Employee Profile enablement (with standard / predefined Background
- Integration with Recruitment or Compensation & Variable Pay
- Event Derivation (automated event / event reason assignment)
- Configure Business Rules
- Strong understanding of integration between Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems
