- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business and/or Information Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment executing or supporting one or more of the following: Finance & Accounting, HR, Customer Care, Manufacturing Operations, Global Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, Engineering or Sales & Marketing
- Experience as a project team member/lead or business process team member/lead on a business or technology project
- Experience in business process design, documentation and implementation a plus
- Experience in IT functional/technical design or development a plus
- Experience with Excel add-in or SharePoint workflow tools like Winshuttle or similar tools a plus
- Experience with Lean, Agile and Six Sigma tools and processes a plus, i.e., scrum, JIRA, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
- SAP or equivalent ERP system experience is critical
- Data expertise in one or more domain(s) – Material Master, Customer Master and or Vendor Master
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness and rigor in the execution of responsibilities
- Basic understanding of one or more of the following: Finance and Accounting, HR, Customer Care, Manufacturing Operations, Global Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, Engineering or Sales & Marketing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including written and oral communications and presentation. Must be proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to learn and adapt to new business processes, technologies, and environments.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and partner in a global/matrix environment.
- Project management and people management skills a strong plus.
- Agile, Lean and/or Six Sigma skills a plus
- Project management of data collection for new product promotion and changes or improvements to existing products
- Data auditor to ensure the highest quality of data to support these programs and enable speed to market and customer satisfaction
- Observe and review data governance, organization, policies, standards, processes, and systems to keep current with latest organization and business partner needs
- Conduct training and on master data and master data processes for the team, users and business partners
