POSITION SUMMARY:The Marketing Insights Analyst role will partner with Millennium Trust Company’s Marketing Insights group to analyze and identify key insights relevant to our business. The incumbent’s primary responsibilities will include collaborating with Marketing Brand and Channel teams to understand the objectives and goals of key marketing missions. The role will lead data gathering, analysis, identification and share-out of key insights and trends that may impact our business and marketing. The ideal incumbent will be highly enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiative.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Serve as subject matter expert in all data analysis and marketing analytics technology for MTC
  • Lead the data collection, analysis, and share-out to support MTC’s business and marketing efforts
  • Leverage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc. data and visualization to develop, maintain and automate ongoing reporting needs
  • Ongoing (weekly, monthly) reporting updates and analysis including funnel conversion, website traffic/conversion, and email performance
  • Interact with Marketing leaders, helping them leverage data and reporting to unlock insights and value
  • Enable roll up view of data at the campaign level and drill down views at the audience, ad/creative, testing opportunities, etc. levels to unlock performance insights
  • Provide continuous analysis and performance reporting on advertising investment and recommendations, working closely with the Marketing Leads to identify areas of improvement and adjustments to optimize campaigns in real time
  • Audit and manage data hygiene across all channels and ensure data quality
  • Work closely with Marketing leads, Product and Technology teams to ensure all tracking is in place and working properly
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Ability to manage, and analyze a variety of data sources across multiple business lines
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work while understanding the larger scope of projects and how they ladder to marketing priorities
  • Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skill set, with the ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects
  • Experience managing campaign reporting and communicating performance and ROI across teams
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and willingness to learn and experiment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Experience with various data and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Ads, etc.) to monitor return on investment of media buys, competitor data and ROI
  • Ability to inform and/or write SQL queries when needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technology and digital product savvy
