IT Operations Engineer

job summary:IT Operations Engineer is responsible for provisioning, installing, upgrading, configuring and maintaining third party applications along with production and non-production environments. He/she is the technical SME for those third party applications. Will also be responsible for supporting IT Service Operations Manager in documenting, updating, and publishing key processes and documentation.
