Job DetailsWe're looking for a client-focused, Implementation Engineer that will be working directly with clients to provide consultative solutions based on their business needs. Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of experience with any of the following: B2B, EDI, File Transfer, Protocols, Network Admin, and Data Integration.
• Knowledge of data transformation products including the transformation of EDI, Flat File, XML, file formats.
• Ability to do product installs, configurations, and debugging.
• Prior protocol experience: AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience in a technical consulting or technical services role.
• Experience with leading client-facing discovery sessions.
