Desktop Support Engineer

As a Support Analyst you will be providing a level one/two Help Desk Support—includes after-hours assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience but not limited to Microsoft and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory

. This is a direct/full time position located at Chicago, IL.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years help desk and training experience in a legal environment preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/ O365
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 10
  • Experience with DNS and DHCP
  • Basic understanding of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • Experience with provisioning necessary access (Printers, Drives, Applications)
  • Ability to work will with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Basic networking skill and remote imaging
  • SCCM certification (is a plus)
  • Patching experience in general (desired)
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
