As a Support Analyst you will be providing a level one/two Help Desk Support—includes after-hours assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience but not limited to Microsoft and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory
. This is a direct/full time position located at Chicago, IL. Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years help desk and training experience in a legal environment preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office/ O365
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 10
- Experience with DNS and DHCP
- Basic understanding of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Experience with provisioning necessary access (Printers, Drives, Applications)
- Ability to work will with all levels of personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Basic networking skill and remote imaging
- SCCM certification (is a plus)
- Patching experience in general (desired)
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
