RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Cisco Voice/Video Engineer in Atlanta, GA.REQUIREMENTS: Expertise in Design, Testing, Implementation and Administration of Voice systems such as, Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Telepresence and WebEx, VCS, Expressway, Jabber, TPS, MRA, Conductor, and UCCE in a complex multisite configuration Understanding of LAN/WAN, Cisco routers, switches, and other network infrastructure devices Hands on knowledge of SIP, H.323 (IP), H.320 (ISDN), TCP/IP Hands on experience in designing and configurating SIP trunking and call routing via SBC's (Acme Packet, Cisco CUBE, etc.) Understanding of VoIP QoS issues and mitigation strategies (G711, G729, etc.) Technical knowledge of PSTN, VoIP, T1/PRI, MPLS, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, and systems interconnectivity Knowledge of Telephony Traffic and Engineering (Erlangs, Trunks, Blockage, etc.) Experience in Designing Global dial Plans for Large Enterprises Basic understanding of Cisco UCS-C series servers and VMware ESXi Hypervisor is a plus Working Knowledge on Contact Center technologies such as ACD, CTI, IVR, Call Recording Knowledge on Emerging technologies in Cisco Collaboration Services Should have good troubleshooting (complex problem identification and resolution) and analytical/reasoning skills Should have good knowledge on 3rd party products like Nice recording solution, WFM, CRM, Loggers, etc. Basic Networking (IP, DNS) and Firewall (Ports, Rules) Knowledge of general IT challenges/initiatives (e.g., Cloud, Virtualization, SDN, Mobility, BYOD, UC)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
