Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Product Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities: End-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, and more The Product Manager successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking tradeoff decisions, managing complex situations and risks Occasionally manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer The Product Manager is a team player who can generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to draw information and knowledge from, and partner to drive solutionsREQUIREMENTS: First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred 7+ years in project management roles or in equivalent roles/businesses Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques Communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high level executives (internal/external) Able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging mannerKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
