Job DetailsPosition summary:We are looking for a highly skilled UX designer. The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with team members to conceptualize and design web & mobile interfaces. If you are technically proficient, creative, user-focused, and enjoy thinking through large-scale design solutions, then this could be the opportunity for you. This is a hands-on design role where you will contribute to and support the creative and iterative process. You will immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design ideas and direction. Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform legal tech.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team members on all aspects of user-centered design including information architecture, task analysis, user flows and stories, navigation, content hierarchies, interaction design, and functioning prototypes.
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Evaluating our current platform and recommending improvements
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys/flows, and prototypes for a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Conducting user surveys
• Performing A/B testing to improve pages
• Be a part of our design team across the organization to ensure that we have a common design language
• Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers

About You

• Eligible to work in your chosen location without sponsorship.
• Demonstrate understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Work iteratively with design using modern tools and processes
• Min 3 years' experience working on digital products as a designer
• Deep appreciation for designyou care about what we build
• Comfortable with the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of a start-up
• Creative and analytical approach
• Figma expert
