The

Lead Developer - CRM is responsible for technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform supporting our global marketing, sales, and service teams. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA. This role is hybrid.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:Own the CRM Development within the GCE program:
  • Responsible for leading the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.
  • Lead internal and external development teams to deliver features and functions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.
  • Participate in requirements analysis.
  • Evaluate technical complexity to inform product owner, prioritize backlog, and drive release schedule for driving business value.
  • Negotiate work with the team, by discussing the priority and team’s capacity and velocity.
  • Provide technical leadership within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.
  • Own integrations, deployment, and performance of the CRM tool globally:
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Proactively collaborate with GCE product owners, Experience Owners and other technical teams to continuously deliver a performant solution.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Dynamics Certification: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core| Exam MB-200, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales | Exam MB-210, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service | Exam MB-230.
  • 3+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service (Field Service, Dynamics Marketing and Customer Insights are a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, IT and/or engineering related fields.
  • Hands on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining documentation, frameworks, and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
  • Experience using enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
