SUMMARY:The

Cybersecurity

Cloud Security Analyst is responsible for:designing, developing and maintaining a secure cloud environment. We are in the process of transitioning from primarily on-premises IT operations toward a cloud-first approach. Within this approach, we will utilize SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS capabilities to run and support our business applications. Within this transformation, this role will need to work with both IT and application owners to ensure appropriate governance controls and security capabilities are built into all deployments for new and existing services. Understanding that the primary cloud ecosystem will be Microsoft Azure, this role will have to work with the integration of the security capabilities of AWS, Oracle Cloud, and on-premises to ensure full-service security is provided, audited, and reported.This position will serve our Corporate Division, located in Sandy Springs, GA. This role can be located in a major US remote anywhere in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Design, develop and maintain cloud security models.
  • Develop the cloud security controls and appropriate processes for designing in security capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to optimize security across cloud and on-premises ecosystems.
  • Work with governance team and implement security policies and controls to track and report compliance and risk status.
  • Understand and leverage both native and 3rd party security capabilities for cloud service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain cloud resource portfolio to include business drivers, support and ownership roles and responsibilities.
  • Work as part of an agile team.
  • Provide regular data protection-related training of regulations and company procedure updates to staff.
  • Create technical documentation as needed.
  • Work closely with security team for additional security practices and support.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity.
  • 7+ years of IT technical experience in some discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant cloud security experience.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud security technology (Access, session tracking, data governance, networking, etc).
  • Strong MS Azure expertise.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Proven project planning and management experience.

HOW TO STAND OUT:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information systems management, or related field.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • High technical aptitude.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts.
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced certifications in OT Security frameworks and related technologies.
  • Certifications in ITIL and/or PMP.
