Business Analyst

Description Robert Half is Actively searching for an experienced Business Analyst 3 who will manage and lead large complex teams and will be able to coach or mentor less experienced Business Analysts. They will communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia. no sponsorship or C2C Requirements Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze current state of the application and create target state documentation including wireframe, process model, and business rules etc.
• Lead meetings with functional user areas to define business system requirements and to resolve problems in existing areas
• Develop business case, ROI, and participate in long term firm benefits analysis
• Devise and recommend solutions and options for system design and enhancements.
• Works closely with the Product Owner to create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, use cases and other product documentation
• Serve as a product subject matter expert or work alongside business subject matter expert for an integrated product team working in an agile Scrum process
• Works closely with the Design team to ensure final UI is in adherence to the documented business requirements
• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Holds experience with call-centers, email flow and chatbots
• Experience in one or more Software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• Agile lifecycle management tool, (Jira)
• Understanding of various logic diagrams and requirements documentation methods and formats
• Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0), including swim lanes.
• Understanding of client/server and Web-based technologies preferred
• Use case documentation
• Understanding of relational databased and SQL experience, preferred
• MS Office (Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)

• BA certification (CCBA, CBAP, CSPO, PMPO)
• Agile/Scrum (CSM)
• Experience in Insurance or Financial services industry
• Understanding of or Experience with DocuSign integration
• Understanding of or Experience with Letter creation systems such as SmartComm or Letter Writer
• Adobe editing
