Requisition ID: 52842 Title: Training and Business Readiness Specialist II Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01) Location: Naples, FL. main objective: Evaluates marketing services to design and deliver learning and development programs and training to end-users and stakeholders. Accountable for business readiness before implementing changes to marketing service workflows. Responsible for contributing in the capacity of change agent for business process maturation and streamlining. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs and specialized workshops to end-users of marketing systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Presents training content using a variety of instructional techniques for technical and systems training, such as system simulations focused on the user interface, creation and distribution of e-Learning modules around new applications and technology, group discussions, videos, virtual and in-person lectures.
  • Works in concert with OCM team to draft and distribute communications related to improvement changes in marketing services technology, processes, workflows and/or procedures.
  • Develops, updates, creates and/or obtains technical and system training materials (presentations, facilitator guides, student guides, support materials/handouts, work instructions, and SOPs).
  • Supports train-the-trainer programs.
  • Assists in conducting impact analysis when changes are being planned, for example, identifies impacted stakeholders and assesses the state of business change readiness.
  • Assists with creating and communicating compelling business cases for changes affecting end-users experience with marketing technology.
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing peers and marketing services stakeholders at all levels to identify specialized training needs aimed at improving end-user experiences.
KNOWLEDGE: Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles. PROBLEM SOLVING: Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidance. DISCRETION/ LATITUDE: Works under very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. IMPACT: Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgement or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify. May be responsible for small to medium size projects and assist with large size projects. LIAISON: Represents Marketing Operations organization on specific training projects. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration Knowledge of Atlassian software required. Knowledge of Aprimo marketing automation software and digital asset management technologyrequired. Agile (Scrum or Kanban) experience highly desirable. Experience in an FDA-regulated company preferred. 2 years of experience required in one or a combination of the following: continuous process improvement, organizational change management, or delivering training INCIDENTAL DUTIES: The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATIONS: Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
